Using Innerly

Cookie Policy

Last updated · May 1, 2026

We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies to keep Innerly secure, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used. This page lists every category, what it does, and how to turn the optional ones off.

01What is a cookie?

A cookie is a tiny text file stored by your browser when you visit a site. Cookies let a site remember you across requests (so you stay logged in, for example) and can be either session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept for a fixed period). We also use local storage and session storage for similar purposes; both are treated like cookies under this policy.

02Strictly necessary cookies

These are always on. Without them, Innerly cannot function.

  • innerly_session: keeps you logged in. Session length: 30 days, refreshed on activity.
  • innerly_csrf: blocks cross-site request forgery on form submissions. Cleared when you close the tab.
  • innerly_consent: remembers your cookie preferences so we don't ask again. Persistent, 12 months.
  • razorpay_*: set by our payment partner Razorpay during checkout to prevent fraud. Cleared after the transaction completes.

03Functional cookies

  • innerly_locale: remembers your preferred language. Persistent, 12 months.
  • innerly_timezone: stores your local timezone so session times appear correctly. Persistent, 12 months.
  • innerly_recent_tab: remembers the last dashboard tab you visited. Session cookie.

04Analytics cookies (optional)

We only load these after you opt in via the cookie banner. They help us understand which pages people use, which buttons actually get clicked, and where users get stuck. All data is aggregated and never combined with your clinical records.

  • plausible_id: first-party, privacy-friendly analytics from Plausible. No personal identifiers stored. Persistent, 30 days.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site advertising tracker.

05How to control cookies

  • Inside Innerly: go to Settings > Privacy > Cookies to review and revoke any optional consent.
  • In your browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all let you block or delete cookies for a specific site from their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and break booking flows.
  • Do Not Track: we respect the DNT request header and treat it as a refusal of analytics consent.

06Third parties

The only third party that sets cookies on Innerly is Razorpay, and only during a payment flow that you have already initiated. Razorpay's own cookie policy applies to those cookies and is available on their website.

07Updates

When the list of cookies on this page changes materially, we will surface a fresh consent banner the next time you visit Innerly. The current version is always available at this URL.
