Every psychologist is registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), holds a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, and has been through our internal credential and video-interview review. You can see their RCI number and education on each profile.

For most common concerns (anxiety, depression, stress, relationships), peer-reviewed studies show online video therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person sessions. For severe psychiatric conditions or when medication is needed, your psychologist may refer you to a psychiatrist for joint care.

On the directory, filter by concern, language, price, and availability. Read the short bio and a few reviews. A good fit is the single biggest predictor of therapy outcomes, so it's worth trying two or three short consultations.

No. Therapy works best with voice, facial expression, and real-time pacing. Every Innerly session is a live video call inside our browser clinical room.

Re-join from the same dashboard link. Your psychologist will wait up to 5 minutes. If you cannot get back, the session is paused and rescheduled at no cost, provided the disconnect is on a documented network event.

Yes, with your psychologist's prior agreement. Couples and family sessions follow a slightly different intake; see the Confidentiality Policy for how shared disclosures are handled.

Most psychologists do not respond to messages outside session time. For administrative questions, use in-platform messaging. For anything time-sensitive and clinical, call a crisis helpline instead.

Weekly is the typical starting cadence. After the first 4 to 6 sessions, you and your psychologist will agree on a rhythm that matches your goals and budget. Reducing to biweekly is a normal part of progress.

Each psychologist sets their own price, typically between ₹800 and ₹3,000 per 50-minute session. The price is shown clearly on their profile and again at checkout. No hidden platform fee is added on top.

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and major wallets, via our payment partner Razorpay. International cards are not currently supported.

You can cancel any confirmed session before it starts, but once you've paid, cancelling does not issue a refund — your psychologist is still paid their share. Full refunds only apply when the psychologist cancels, no-shows, or there's a platform fault. Full details and edge cases live in the Refund Policy.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is auto-emailed to you after each paid session, and is also available in your dashboard under Sessions.

No. Innerly does not record video or audio. The stream is end-to-end encrypted between you and your psychologist. Our servers only relay signalling, never your conversation.

Only your psychologist. Notes are encrypted at rest. Innerly staff can see metadata (session times, payment status) but not the content of your notes.

Your psychologist follows the safety protocol set out in our Confidentiality Policy: in cases of imminent risk to your life or someone else's, confidentiality may be broken to involve a nominated contact or local emergency services. You will be told first, where possible.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete account, or write to privacy@themindsathi.in. Profile data is wiped within 30 days. Clinical and financial records are retained for the periods set by Indian law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Start the onboarding flow. You will upload your RCI certificate, ID, education record, and a short video introduction. Our care team reviews and replies within 5 business days.

A flat 15% platform fee per completed session, inclusive of payment-gateway costs. No listing fee, no subscription, no upsell on top.

Yes, within a healthy range. We will flag prices that are unusually high or low for your experience level during onboarding.
