Innerly is a small Indian company on a single mission: to make care with an RCI-licensed psychologist feel as easy as opening a browser tab, as private as a closed door, and as affordable as ordering takeout.
Started in a clinic, built for the whole country
Innerly grew out of a small practice in Bengaluru where the same problem kept coming up: people wanted therapy, the clinicians were available, and the friction in between was killing the relationship before it could start. Wait-lists. Awkward phone calls. Cash-only counters. Receipts that disclosed too much.
We started Innerly in 2024 to remove that friction without cutting any clinical corners. Every psychologist we work with is RCI-registered. Every session is on a private video room we built ourselves. Every payment is transparent. Nothing you say is recorded, and nothing about you is sold.
We are a tiny team: three engineers, two clinical supervisors, and one operations lead. We answer support email ourselves. If something feels off about Innerly, write to hello@themindsathi.in. A human will reply.

Sessions are never recorded. Notes are encrypted. Your data lives in India and is never sold or used for ads.
Evidence over vibes
Every psychologist on Innerly is RCI-registered and trained in evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, IPT).
Care in your language
Therapy works best when you can think in your first language. We onboard psychologists across 16 Indian languages.
